How Inclusive Prosperity Spurs Entrepreneurship- Philip Gaskin, Kauffman Foundation – IDEA Week 2022
In every community, there are people who deserve to be supported, celebrated, and to have their ideas heard. They are builders and dreamers, risk-takers and problem-solvers, who see opportunities where others see challenges. We call them entrepreneurs. Yet, as a society, we leave tens of millions of these very special people behind. Entrepreneurs are our last, great untapped asset class. If we can break down barriers to start and grow a business, regardless of someone’s race, gender or where they live, we can create a future in which prosperity is more inclusive, more widespread, and more equitable.
