Chapels of Notre Dame: A Daily Advent Journey

To celebrate Advent in 2017 and 2018, the Alumni Association did our own digital version of Howard Hall’s famous “chapel crawl,” as we visited and prayed in twenty-four of our beautiful and beloved Notre Dame chapels. Journey along with us to some of both the oldest and the newest chapels on campus.

We share a short video from a different campus chapel each day. As you visit the chapel, we offer a line from the day’s Scripture reading to center your thoughts and guide your individual reflection. Then we leave you with a few quiet moments for your own meditation or prayer in each space. Along the way current Notre Dame students guide us on our pilgrimage.

Advent is a time to prepare a way for the Lord in our hearts and minds, and we hope you’ll embark on this journey of preparation with the Notre Dame family of faith, as we prepare for the feast of Christmas together.
