Water issues loom large across the American West. From the Columbia to the Colorado, the strain on Western rivers has reached the breaking point, and groundwater reserves are declining. What does the future hold for Western waters?
This lecture was presented by the Notre Dame Club of Phoenix, in its 2019 Spring Hesburgh Lecture and co-hosted by the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at ASU.
