The Neuroscience of Design: What All Architects Need to Know

Mark Hewitt’s research on the neuroscience of design is gaining interest across the architectural field. He will discuss his work and discoveries that are based on scientific studies about visual perception and cognition. His lecture, based on his book Draw in Order to See: A Cognitive History of Architectural Design, will expand on how architecture and science influence the modern mind.

Attendees may earn AIA credit from any of these lectures. Architects must maintain a certain amount of continuing education credits each year to keep their license.
