By advancing thought leadership, applying scholarly research and engaging students around the theme of values-based business, NDDCEL partners with stakeholders from industry, academia and communities to support the Mendoza College of Business imperative to ā€œGrow the Good in Business.ā€ Our mission is to inform, equip and inspire values-based leaders ā€” all in ways that are accessible and actionable.
