ND Explores STEM: Adult Beverages 101 (2022)
Attendees at Reunion 2022 were treated to a bar-side chat about the science of wine making and wine tasting with Notre Dame alumnus Dr. Andrew Waterhouse ’77, director of the Robert Mondavi Institute at UC Davis, and Notre Dame Chemistry faculty Dr. Holly Goodson, Dr. Dan Gezelter, and Dr. Ken Kuno.
