Barry McCrea is Professor of English and Donald R. Keough Family Professor of Irish Studies at the University of Notre Dame, where he is also a concurrent professor of Romance Languages and Literatures and Irish Language and Literature, as well as a faculty fellow in the Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies. Prof. McCrea is a novelist and scholar of modern European, Latin American, and Irish literature.
