Elizabeth (Betsy) Bohlen ’90, Chief Operating Officer, Archdiocese of Chicago
Elizabeth (Betsy) Bohlen ’90 is the Chief Operating Officer of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where she oversees administrative operations and brings strategic planning, organization and implementation expertise to strategic pastoral initiatives. Prior to the Archdiocese, Ms. Bohlen was a partner at McKinsey & Company, an international management consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Slovak American Enterprise Fund and The First Boston Corporation. She has lived and worked in Central Europe and Asia.Ms. Bohlen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She received her BA in economics, with a minor in theology, from the University of Notre Dame. Betsy and her husband Jon have two children, including a rising junior at Notre Dame (ND27).
