Earthen Architecture: Past, Present and Future

During this lecture, Camilla Mileto and Fernando Vegas will identify multiple types of earthen architectural work around the world which have stood the test of time. In their variety, similarities will be drawn on the development of new methods in recent centuries, as well as predictions to developments in the future. The lecture will feature aspects of preservation, conservation, and techniques to continue the production of future earthen architectural buildings.

Attendees may earn AIA credit from any of these lectures. Architects must maintain a certain amount of continuing education credits each year to keep their license.
