Unshackled: Freeing America’s K-12 Education System

Kate Hardiman Rhodes ’17 is Notre Dame undergraduate and ACE program alumnae. She attended Georgetown Law School at night while working for Cooper & Kirk, PLLC, a constitutional litigation firm, clerked for Judge Trevor N. McFadden on the District Court for the District of Columbia and currently works as an associate at Cooper & Kirk, PLLC. Kate will be discussing her 2021 book, Unshackled: Freeing America’s K-12 Education System, co-authored with Clint Bolick, a justice on the Arizona Supreme Court and research fellow at the Hoover Institution.
