ND Energy seeks to build and cultivate a strong energy-interested community at Notre Dame and throughout the local, national, and international regions of the world. Through synergistic activities and collaborations, these partnerships help to broaden our research capabilities, advance sustainable energy solutions, strengthen K-12 STEM education, and guide undergraduate and graduate students toward successful energy-related careers. This all contributes to creating a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for generations to come.

In addition to world-renowned faculty affiliates and their research associates, ND Energy partners with other internal groups to move its mission forward. This includes all colleges/schools, departments, and centers/institutes that collaborate on new programs and specific initiatives to raise awareness and sustain the trajectory toward developing innovative and transformative energy-related research and education at Notre Dame.

Our external partners also provide a myriad of relevant and unique opportunities for Notre Dame researchers and students to further their research programs and advance their careers. Members are from industry, academia, government, and many other relevant fields.
