Tina Villalobos Mitiguy ‘00 was born and raised in Northern California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Stanford University in 1994 and entered the workforce in healthcare sales and marketing covering the greater Silicon Valley. She was thrilled to be accepted into the Class of 2000 MBA two-year program at Notre Dame. Upon graduation, Tina returned to the San Francisco Bay Area as a managing consultant for an HR consulting firm. From there, she helped found a healthcare start-up in San Jose, California, before landing her current contract as a workplace culture evaluator for Great Place To Work Institute in San Francisco. She has been in this seasonal role for the last twenty-two years.

Carol D. Anderson, ’00 holds an MBA, Finance, from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, and her undergraduate degree and a second masters, Master of Accounting, Corporate Finance, from the University of Southern California. She is the Managing Partner/Principal Consultant of Anderson Finance Consulting, llc, an Outsourced CFO Services Company she founded in 2018. Her Consultancy expands the profit and growth possibilities of funded startups and small- to medium-sized companies, course-correcting from stagnant to declining profits or growing by new products, new markets, acquisition, or internationally.
John Casserly ’00 has spent the past 25 years since earning his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, growing his business and expertise in the construction industry. Prior to attending Notre
Dame, he worked for an international firm focused on multimillion dollar projects from the Caribbean to Southern California. He leveraged his engineering degree from the University of
Illinois and his MBA from Notre Dame to create his start-up firm, 41 North Builders. John is excited to begin his 20th year in business, as it is in helping his clients realize their dreams that makes his company’s motto, “A New Latitude for Living,” all the more meaningful.
As a dynamic pharmaceutical executive, Sucheth Davuluri ‘00 blends strategic acumen with his hands-on management expertise. His multifaceted background spans Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Quality and Operations Management. With direct P&L responsibility at the board level, he has navigated complex regulatory landscapes while championing Sustainability and Corporate Governance excellence for listed companies, Sucheth has been leading Neuland’s remarkable growth journey as the CEO. Over the 22-year period he has been with the company, its market cap grew from $4M to $1.5B. Notably, he has been driving Business Transformation, enabling the company to grow revenues at 24% CAGR over the last six years.
