.S. Senator Chris Coons of Delaware visited Notre Dame Law School on February 21, 2020, to share his insights and experiences from the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump.
Coons, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, spoke with Notre Dame Law Professor Sam Bray. They discussed the legal mechanisms of the impeachment trial, the senator’s role as a jury member, and much more.
The event was organized by ND Law’s Student Bar Association.
