Meet the Speaker: John Schroeder

John Schroeder currently serves as Executive Vice President of Marmon Holdings, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, responsible for the Retail, Foodservice and Water Groups. Prior to this role, Schroeder held a variety of executive roles in Marmon including Executive Vice President of Food and Beverage, President of the Water Group, President of the Residential businesses in the Water Group, and President of Graver Technologies. 

Prior to Marmon, Schroeder served as Founder, President and CEO of HydroGlobe, a technology startup company in the Water industry subsequently acquired by Marmon. Previously, he held executive roles in engineering, Research, and operations with Sybron Chemicals and UOP Chemicals. Additionally he served on the board of Sybron Chemicals and involved in the company’s leveraged buyout and ultimate sale. 

Schroeder holds degrees including Bachelors of Engineering, Masters in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
