Meet the Speaker: Ricardo Basurto Davila

Ricardo Basurto Davila is the Chief Evaluation Officer for the County of San Diego. He leads the Office of Evaluation, Performance, and Analytics (OEPA), which integrates evidence-building capabilities to inform policy, budget, and operational decisions for the betterment of the San Diego County region. He has experience leading research and evaluation projects at various government levels in the US and other countries. His areas of expertise include health economics, program evaluation, and outcome-driven performance measurement.
